Every time I try to purchase a 1 month xbox live gold subscription I get this message, I can't purchase it on the console itself either. The credit card info is right, i have more than enough money on the card. What should I do?
Go to billing.microsoft.com and check to make sure you don't owe any money. If your card is expired you will have to remove it and/or add a new one. Right now your purchasing ability (even with pre-paid cards) has been suspended until this is rectified.
If you can't get it sorted from the website you will need to call support and ask to speak with billing.
