The Walking Dead Season 2 Pass Stopped Working

Bought the season 2 pass for 'The Walking Dead' before they started airing new episodes and the 1st couple weeks it was working but now the newest episode says I have to pay again. I've already tried calling Zune #1877-438-9863 and gotten no answer.  Is anyone else getting this problem and know of another toll free number to call Zune for assistance?

I see this is rather old but I'll add my experience as well. I am having the same issue right now and had it earlier in season 3. I dont know why this keeps happening. I called microsoft the last time and they gave me credits to buy a few episodes until the problem was fixed. Looks like I'll be calling them again. getting a bit frustrating microsoft.
