The Division Gold Edition

Buenos días a todos, Esto, es una queja que va hacia soporte debido a que intente comprar la Versión Gold Edition de The division, que estaba en oferta. Me parece que La edición Gold cuesta 89,90€ en la tienda, y con la oferta se te quedaba por menos de 40€. Bueno, el caso es que vi la oferta el lunes por la tarde, y me ponía "la oferta caduca en 2 días y 5 horas". Fui a realizar la compra el martes, el día siguiente, y para mi sorpresa, la oferta no estaba disponible. El martes llame a Xbox debido a que no pude realizar la compra, y me dijeron que la oferta estaba, pero que no sabían porque se había caducado. Bien, el miércoles llame a Ubisoft porque el chico de soporte de Xbox, me dijo que eso era cosa de Ubisoft. Llamo a Ubisoft, y ellos me dicen que no se encargan de las compras que se realizan desde la tienda de Xbox ni de poner las promociones. Hoy, jueves, he llamado al soporte de Xbox, solicitando la llamada, y he estado hablando con soporte alrededor de media hora, y después de la conversación, me da la razón en lo siguiente. A pesar del cambio horario, que me lo ha dicho varias veces, tendría que tener tiempo de sobra para haber podido realizar la compra de la oferta, pero que no sabe porque, se cerro la oferta antes. Soy de España, los servidores se encuentran en Estados Unidos, con una diferencia horaria de 9 horas. A la oferta, el lunes le quedaban 2 días y poco mas, bien, voy a realizar la compra el martes, y aun así, tendría entre 10 y 15 horas para realizar la compra, pero no se sabe porque, no he podido realizarla. La verdad, que a mi me pasó algo parecido, pero con muchísimo menos tiempo, a mi me quedarían unas horas, lo fui a comprar con tiempo de sobra y ya no estaba.

Gracias por contestar a esa queja o como lo queramos llamar, pero espero que puedas entender mi enfado, o decepción en este tema. La verdad, que el soporte telefónico, me dijera que hablase con el desarrollador del juego, y que luego el desarrollador me dijese que el no tenia nada que ver, fue un poco decepcionante, porque estuve, un total de 2 horas al teléfono, por algo que sinceramente se tarda mas bien poco en resolver desde mi punto de vista.


Este tema, o problema, creo que no solo me ha pasado a mi y hablo en nombre de muchos con esto, pero porque yo, pienso que al igual que se ha cerrado esa oferta, la podéis volver a activar según me dijo el chico que me atendió el ultimo día que llame. No os estoy diciendo que lo hagáis, ni mucho menos, solo digo, que espero que en un futuro cercano, se active una oferta igual o incluso mejor por ese juego.


He estado mirando mi vendedor local de juegos físico, y la edición Gold del juego me sale por 36 euros, justo el precio de la oferta, pero prefiero esperar a que volváis a sacarla.
