The Bridge Xbox Video

I was just curious if anyone else who has purchased the Bridge season pass on Xbox video is missing episodes 8 & 9. I haven't gotten a new episode for about three weeks, since episode 7, and then today episode 10 came out, but not the two before that.

I'm going to move this thread over to Forum 08 - Using Xbox Music & Video just so we can look at it in the correct light.

And just to be sure we understand what's going on:

You have episodes 1-7, then you didn't see any new episodes for a couple of weeks (presumably the weeks that 8 and 9 should have been released), then yesterday episode 10 came out but episodes 8 and 9 are still missing?

I know that's a repharsing of what you said, but I wanted to be sure we understood exactly what you were saying so we can investigate this for you.

That's exactly it! We have 1-7 and then got 10, but are still missing 8 & 9.

Interesting. Veeery interesting..

I just went to try and reproduce the issue, and my season pass shows episodes 8 & 9. 

Have you tried to refresh your purchase history? To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Launch Xbox Video
  2. Slide left to "My Videos"
  3. Select "Account Management"
  4. Press "X" 


That should get those episodes to show up for you. :D
