The Americans Ep. "Safe House"

I have purchased the season pass to "The Americans"  and the new episode is out, entitled "Safe House." It doesn't appear in my new arrivals section and can only be found when viewing the entire season. But, it is asking that I purchase the episode, even though I have the season pass. I have refreshed my purchase history a couple of times as previously suggested when this happens, and it still isn't listed.

When I had a similar problem, they told me to also try clearing my hard drive cache and deleting my market licenses database. They said that this information would be downloaded again when my console booted up. Now this particular fix didn't work for me (but the refresh history solution did), so perhaps we have different problems. If I were you, I'd refrain from purchasing any further season passes from them until it seems they've worked all this stuff out (if ever) - that'd be simple enough to monitor if you keep an eye on these support forums. When the complaints stopped, maybe the water is safe again for a swim, but with so many other services available, why bother?

This problem should be resolved within the next hour or two.  You'll likely need to refresh your purchase history at that time to get the latest episode.
