Terrible Connection, two companies, two modems, nothing works.

I haven't played a legit game in two weeks. Whether I lag out of races or lag across an entire map. It's gotten to the point that I even lag out of uno -.- I tried verizon, I have clear now, full signal strength but NOTHING works. I can connect to live, but that's it. Even if I party up my mic lags. At first I thought maybe it's verizon, maybe it's the signal.. nope..  I have clear I have a strong signal. I even connected my modem directly to the xbox. Nothing, I mean NOTHING works. I don't know what else to do. I'm not very good at networking stuff, maybe there's something I'm missing but it's driving me absolutely crazy. I can't join public or private matches because I just float around the entire game and if anyone joins mine half the time they don't have a gun or have a 5-7 second lag. Someone help, losing my patience, I just want to play  =/

I'd say it's to do with your bandwidth, can you visit www.speedtest.net and post the results back here?

That is a lie that will not help you. i would suggest in speeding up your internet or calling your isp and asking them to install new filters.

ill call them tomorrow, but with two different providers and the same issue i'm not entirely sure what to think..  i tried all of those suggestions and none of them seemed to work. I don't know what it is, it's really starting to frustrate me.
