Taptiles can't connect with x-box account


I have a problem with connecting my taptiles game with x-box account. I need the solution!

Since 3-4 days ago my Taptiles account log-out in game. I had still online account, but now it's offline and I can't connect. There are the information that I must log-in to my account on  the website and running the game again but it still doesn't working. Please help me because I lost my all progress.

The reason you can't see your progress is because you're not signed in to Xbox. It turns out that there was an optional Windows Update that users need to install in order to solve this issue.

Try the following:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type in Windows Update
  3. Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates
  4. In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button
  5. Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details
  6. Install any updates you see that haven't been installed - including optional ones
  7. Reboot
  8. Uninstall Taptiles (to uninstall, right-click on the app icon and choose Uninstall from the bottom menu)
  9. Press Windows Key and R
  10. In the box that pops up, type wsreset.exe  and press Enter
  11. The Windows Store will launch for you. Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar and go to Settings
  12. In the Settings Menu, go to App Updates
  13. In the App Updates menu, press both Check for Updates AND Sync Licenses
  14. Press the arrow key at the top left to go back
  15. In the search bar at the right, type in Taptiles
  16. Reinstall Taptiles
