So, I've rarely ever played my Xbox since I mainly play my PS3. That being said, the Xbox itself is the Gears of War themed Xbox; like new. I still have my subscription until late September.
However, the Xbox itself will not stay connected to my router. Why is it that my PC and my PS3 will stay connected--PS3 AUTOMATICALLY connects when it's turned on--and I'm having to sign out and then sign back in to just check the connection, of which I know is fine?
I am currently on my 6th try at updating this Xbox and it is pissing me off to the point that I am just going to put it up on eBay and be done with this pos product. The PS3 updates just fine and with Playstation Plus, it updates it at a certain time.
Why is there so much difficulty updating the Xbox to having to unplug items, wait... wait... wait... and then plug them back in? Then, the status code that you give to Xbox support is listed as "tampering with the product"? I hardly ever use this system because of the fact that that built-in wifi is so crappy.
Obviously, this isn't the first time that any Xbox player has experienced this. I would just think that I wouldn't since I hardly ever play on this system. Is it because of the dust that it collects? I did have ants in it earlier this year. For some reason, the ants were going through the back of the Xbox and then going in to the back of my TV. They have since been dealt with.
