Hi Ode, you really need to get ahold of Xbox Customer support at 18004MYXBOX, this is a known issue and they need your information to make sure you get taken care of. This is definitely an emerging issue and the Agents at customer supprt need your info to make sure everything works out in your favor. Please call them immediately.
