Suspect email: @css.one.microsoft.com

Today I received the following email, which is either a genuine Microsoft email, or a dodgy email from someone pretending to be Microsoft...

I've checked my emails and I've never received an email from an email address ending with "@css.one.microsoft.com" ever before in the years that I've been on Xbox live.

The above email is word for word as I received it apart from I have removed the four 25-digit codes.

What's also strange is the email mentions a phone call I made.  I've not made a phone call to Xbox Live for over a year.

Having said all this though, if the email is dodgy, then what's the point of it?  It's not asking me for any personal information, there are no suspect links that it's asking me to follow, and there are no attachments to the email.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this email address is legit and explain what these codes are all about and why I've been sent them?

Thanks
