Subscription elder scrolls online

Hello, my subscription elder scrolls on-line has was extended July 10th, but I not always received my crowns. I have to contact the customer service of elder scrolls on-line, and they tell me that to turn(shoot) me to the Microsoft customer service. Can you to solve my problem?

ESO Plus right?, its says that its given at the time of purchase. So you proved to them that you havn't recieved the crowns(in game)?.

So you find out if its not a one time only thing?. I am sure official support will help you.

Yes ESO more is activated in games(sets) and I received an e-mail of confirmation.

Hi Randydevil,

despite what you might have been told this is a Zenimax issue - its effecting players across Xbox Live and PSN.

From their known issues section on their forum:

"We’re aware there’s an issue where you are not receiving your crowns after purchasing an ESO Plus membership, or seeing a significant delay after purchasing a crown pack. We’re working on a fix for both of these issues."

If contacting normal support is not much use I suggest contacting them via their twitter https://twitter.com/TESOnline as the community team seem to be alert to these sorts of problems though they may want your ticket number to show you tried normal support first.

Thank you for your answer. I have not to tweet, and I have already contacted the creators of games(sets), and they have me to come to see you. Go to make to me my crowns that I paid? That makes 14jours that I should have them. Arrange(settle) you with them I know not, but I have not that that has to make has to run(roam) has right and has left to have which belongs to me. Thank you beforehand
