Stupid parental control stopping me from experiencing my games on PC

I got the same issue but I don't have an xbox to change the parental control. This is so incredibly annoying my god. How do I change the parental control without needing an xbox? I don't remember which account I used for the parental control.

Beside all this idiocy, why the hell doesn't the parental control automatically remove itself once the child becomes 18. What the hell microsoft..

When that account becomes an adult in that region, it does recognize it. Learn how to promote your account if you are of age.

Q: How do I convert my child account to an adult account?

If you have reached the age of adulthood (18 in the United States), contact Games for Windows Support to promote your account to an adult account. The age of an account owner is calculated using the date of birth provided when the account was created. This date cannot be changed. If you entered an incorrect date of birth when you created the account, your only option is to create a new account using the correct date of birth.

Of course you won't understand when you don't even follow the thread correctly. Let me articulate this as clear as possible,

I have an issue with adding serial codes to my games because of this "parental control" issue that is still activated ever since I made my account.

One of your colleagues temhatabot threw me a link. My post was directed to that link because the link(contact us page) brings me to a page with many options to choose from.

Again, what options do I choose for it to address my problem?

You could've mentioned that you had tried his link(s) and you was confused about what options to make instead of being rude to me. You will get no where on these forums with that kind of attitude.

However, if I was to have this kind of issue I would probably choose the following:

Either way you will need to Chat with Microsoft Support.
