stuck on We’re updating Minecraft. It should be ready to use again shortly.

I just updated Minecraft windows 10 edition and the update finished and then iwent to open it and this happened.

so I waited an hour I was greeted with same message

I have tried uninstalling 

 it and reinstalling it but it just does not work.

,please help me thx.

Is there a fix? or is microsoft not doing anything? looking for a vaccine?
