I have a problem (again) with getting games for gold purchases.
I receive the status code 80150017 saying not available in your region or the file is damaged or we do not recognise the file index. This errorcode status on the website explains a total different issue.
I have had contact with helpdesk through chat about Halo 3 and have said they would escalate the problem and I could expect a response within 3 weeks. Over 4 weeks have passed and now I have the same problem with Gears of War.
I have done every suggested method of getting the purchase done, but nothing works. Region is accurate. Payment method is valid. Clearing cache or using usb stick do not work in any way. With or without reset of the console.
Please look into this asap, because I feel I'm missing out on games that should be available to me and the support has been insufficient.

Purchase does not complete. Download never starts. Errorcode message displays faulty situation and website does not imply same issue. Other purchases/downloads have no issues.
