Status code

Hi i have been having trouble with the Xbox live market place saying status code 8C10003 and i tried to switch to a different card and it would let me. Can someone please help me?

This code usually means there is a credit card on your account that is expired. If you do not have the ability to switch/update the credit card yourself via xbox.com or the console, please contact Xbox Support at 1800-4MYXBOX (1800-469-9269). The agents can update your credit card information for you.

Can try removing all the other cards except the one you want to make the purchase with. If your subscription is tied to one of those cards, might need to call support for help with it.
