Status Code is quite annoying and unfixable.

Keep trying to add debit card for days now. All information is UP TO DATE AND CORRECT. Card number and codes are CORRECT. Funds are sufficient. Billing address is CORRECT. And still every time I try to add a card no matter what I do no matter where I go on xbox live or on my computer I cannot add a card. This is frankly just getting pitiful. Thousands of people are having this problem and every answer I see is telling me its my fault. It's not. Microsoft needs to fix this problem immediately.

You say that you are trying to add a debit card, but xbox live only accept credit cards or paypal.

For more info, go to https://billing.Microsoft.com and sign in using the Windows Live ID (email and password) that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account.

Also, some countries don't allow national cards (like here, where I live, Brazil), it must the a international one.
