I just looked up your error and it said this code usually appears when your account is locked.
here is the link to the error code page along with all of the steps you should follow. (sometimes the link wont transfer the details so you might need to retype the error code on the search bar on the page)
Error code and message Error code 8C320008 contains the following message: There’s a problem with Xbox LIVE. Please try again later
Status code: 8C320008. Problem If you get this message and error code, it means that your Xbox LIVE account is locked for one of the following reasons:
Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
Incorrect or incomplete billing information
Solutions To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Update your payment option To update your Xbox LIVE payment option, see Manage your Xbox LIVE payment options. If you still experience the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Contact Xbox Support Contact Xbox Support to determine why your Xbox LIVE account is locked.
