status code: 83820065

recently changed cards that i use to pay my live account with and was suspended before i could update the new info.

When i try to update from the xbox i get error code 83820065

sometimes it will let me enter my card info, but when it goes to save info the same error code pops up again.

so, i tried updating from the website and got

Uh oh that shouldn't have happened....glitch in the system yadayada....

i've put a couple years of hard earned money into xbox as it is my families only source of entertainment(no cable or satellite)

i need to get this fixed ASAP.

and currently no phones so calls are not an option

finally got through to support spoke with 2 individuals named, Jose and Justin. Both were fairly pleasant to work with. Jose pointed me in the right direction and Justin got me back online for now.

At the moment, i still seem to have the same issue working with changing payment options and so forth, however, i do have access to live again.
