I've been getting this message...
"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.
Status code: 807B01F4'
...whenever I try and view a game or anything in the Game Marketplace.
I looked up the code, and apparantly it happened a lot back in 2009, and the way to fix it was to upgrade your account to an adult one.
Well, my account is an adult one; the option to promote it from a child account is not there when I search, so I assume this is true.
That, and it's 2011. I've been told the code mostly means a problem on the Xbox LIVE side of things and not on my side, but I don't exactly see waves of people here complaining about this issue.
And I've been told I could just make a new account and that might solve the issues, but I just bought 2000 points on this one and would really like to be able to spend them. Please and thank you.
