Me and the family just rented the Hobbit and a media usage playback error poped up saying the license for this video has expired. To play it rent it again at the Xbox video store. Status code 803c0009. We have never rented the Hobbit before so why is it
telling us to rent it again and how do I get my points back for renting a movie we didn't get to watch?
Hey there Bag! In the meantime, you can also try downloading the licenses to your content again. In Xbox Video, go to the far left and open up the Account Management option. In there, you should have the option to press (X) to sync your downloads. Give that
