why doesnt it let me purchase an Xbox Live Gold Membership it doesnt even work on my account on the computer? It alwasys says "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later, but it never works later! please let me know thank you.
That code means you have some sort of billing violation on your account. Go to
https://billing.microsoft.com to make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, call support and talk to billing.
