Status Code: 80190848

I'm trying to buy a Gold Membership and I keep getting an error message. After fixing online settings and using a different card, I'm now getting the message: "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 80190848" Is there any way I can get it to work now instead of later? Please help :(

I got this error when I was getting the 2 dollar for 2 months please help I need it before it expires I am 12 yrs old so I don't want to call xbox support.

No sorry it was a glitch with Xbox live it said on their website

80190848 does not mean the account is locked, I don't know where you're getting that information, but it's false.  It has to do with the bank denying the authorization of the purchase, and they need to be contacted, not Xbox.  Xbox Support will not be able to assist you with this other than having you update your payment information and attempt the purchase again.
