Status Code: 80190826

I tried to buy Xbox Live Gold but this message keeps coming up every time:
"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.
Please try again later.

Status Code: 80190826"

I don't know what it is. I tried last night and it said the same and i was hoping it would be fine today but no luck there. 
Should i contact Xbox Support? Or should i try removing my card and putting it back on? i have no clue. Thanks!

Hey there! Have you tried purchasing this with a different payment method, or simply removing and re-adding your current one? Make sure it is not expired and activated with the provider. If everything else looks good, contact support and ask them to remove a billing lock
