This keeps appearing whenever I try and buy the 2 months of Gold for £2 (No doubt the deal will have expired by the time this gets fixed). Just recently the automatic renewal system added an additional year of Gold to an expired card I had. I called up support, they cancelled it for me and then removed the bill. I then had to call up again and they said there was some sort of glitch where I was charged £1.50 or thereabouts which I was told would be removed in a few days. I've had the email saying that's been dealt with - which it has, I was able to remove the expired card 2 days ago - but I still can't buy the deal.
Any ideas? I'm guessing this is gonna be a long and tedious event with many calls to the customer support line. :/
