Status Code: 80190826

When i try to purchase Xbox live gold membership i always get "Can't retrieve information from xbox live marketplace" then the status code 80190826.

 

I have been trying forever, Please help.

It sounds like some sort of billing issue. Try checking billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows any errors on your account. Otherwise, try calling support and see if they can help.
