Status Code 80190128

im trying to get call of duty elite working

microsoft has it in their transactions that i subscribed to call of duty elite

but i cant access the premium content now that ive purchased a year of elite. 

i only get the status code 80190128 at the end of upgrading, an same old free

elite, i have no access to elite premium content although i should.

I was trying to look up the error code that you were getting but I didn't see anything on it. However I did find one on error code 80190821 which I think is what you're having issues with.

It's the fourth one down, try that and let me know!

I have the same error.  I purchased elite premium yesterday and received this error code 80190128 at the time of purchase.  Today I see that the funds were withdrawn from my bank account but my membership was not upgraded.  I contacted Activision and they said I am not listed as a premium member and it is an issue with Xbox Live.  I called Xbox Live and they confirmed that I made the purchase and said it is a problem with Activision.  The only download that actually happened was the automatic download of the free maps but both map pack 1 and map pack 2 never went through.  When I go back into MW3 under the store, it shows that map pack 1 is available to purchase and map pack 2 is available via Elite Subscription.  Something is obviously screwed up between Activision and Xbox Live.

SAME PROBLEM, i have tried calling both xbox and activision support with very little help from either, because the elite premium recurring doesnt show up under the xbox memberships, activision seems to think its an xbox problem

Did you guys all try a few times and get multiple confirmation E-mails aswell, my inbox has been flooded with 9 of the same emails

    • What day and time of day did you purchase Elite?
    • Did you receive multiple confirmation emails? Make sure to check https://billing.microsoft.com to confirm you were only charged once if you did receive more than one email!
    • What error code do you see? When do you encounter this error code? Does the upgrade complete before you see the code?
    • What happens when you go in game and try to access the content?
    • Have you tried clearing your system cache? Tried re-downloading your profile?

 

All these details will help us look into this for each of you! We appreciate you taking the time to do this. :)

I purchased elite today, i have a confirmation email, the error code says, can't retrieve information from xbox live, try again later.

Status Code: 80190128

It happen right when you confirm the purchase but nothing else, doesn't give you the download or the upgrade.

Tried the system cache and profile re downloading.

Someone in xbox live support helped me:

the solution he gave me is:

They canceled the elite membership, and then refund the MSP to my account, then i erased system cache and downloaded my profile the profile, then i bought it again from the marketplace and it said that i buy the membership succesfully, i hope it helps, telephone support.
