Status Code: 80169D94 - Can't purchase anything

Ok, this problem has been plaguing my account for a good week. Probably because I changed the credit card info in the account, despite living at the same address, but anyways.

I cannot buy any points. It gives me this status code, and taunts me, every time.

I tried reentering the credit card, I waited as the message asked me to, my patience is nearing it's limit.

Anyone have advice with this? What topics I found on this from google were 2-3 years old and inconclusive.

That code means your account is locked from making purchases. Go to and update all your information. Then you'll need to call support and talk to billing and work with them to unlock it.
