Status Code - 80153410

Just browsing through these forums and seeing if I'm the only one with this issue and turns out I'm not, I got 1600 MS points via Gamestop and was trying to purchase DLC and keep getting this message... 1600 points still there entered the error code told me my account was suspended or console ban yet I was playing online while reading.. Xbox Rep told me it is an issue that is going on and not to worry cause my account wasn't suspended or console banned, but don't know how long it will take to fix 6hrs, 12hrs, or longer. I was  just curious if anyone had a more definite answer on when this would get resolved..

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5
 
Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

I have found an answer to this problem. I loaded my xbox live profile to another xbox and bought the DLC map pack then went back to my own xbox and hit download again and it worked....Let me know if this helped it did for me!
