I just bought 3 $20 codes and whenever I try to redeem them I get this error after confirming I want to redeem the $20 code that hasn't been used:

Are you certain about that error code? It doesn't appear in the error code lookup. Do you get an error message with it? Also, did you buy the codes online or at a local retailer?

Hi

You should try this:

If you redeemed the code on your xbox then try pc

If you redeemed the code on your pc then try your xbox

If this not work then reset your internet hardware and check your billing information page if everything is in order

then try again

I've got a code I'm trying to redeem and via both my PC and 360 I'm getting the same error code- 80122724. The code appears valid, and I bought it from a reputable eBay seller.  I've tried several times by both method and tried the tips above. Any further advice would be appreciated.
