Status code 800700E8

I have recently purchased the Gears of War 3 "Urban Digital" skin pack from the marketplace, and when i run GoW 3 the skin doesn't show up as purchased. I click on the skin and it says "There's a problem with Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please try again later. Status code: 800700E8" I am in the US so it has nothing to do with where I live. Any support would be appreciated.

What if the problem revolves around failing to download an item? I am trying to export the Lego Rock Band songs by purchasing it in the in-game marketplace but the same message appears, "There's a problem with Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please try again later. Status code: 800700E8"

Hey OM3G4! Can I have you try out the following steps to help your issue:

1. Delete the content 
System Settings > Memory > [select storage device] > [select content type] > [select content] > Delete 

For example, if you wanted to find the new Escalation Map Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops that you saved to your hard drive, you would look under: 

System Settings > Memory > HDD > Games > Call of Duty: Black Ops > Escalation Map Pack > Delete 

If the content is not in the above location, try looking in the Games folder for “Unknown Game”. Delete this and continue with the steps. 

2. Clear system cache 
System Settings > Memory > Highlight HDD, Press (Y) > Clear System Cache > Yes 

3. Restart the system 

4. Redownload from purchase history 
Account Management > Download History > [select content] > Download Again

I would suggest trying all of the steps in the post (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/27/t/33.aspx) from "I think my speeds are fine, what else ya got?" down. Let me know if this doesn't help!
