Sort it out Microsoft!!! 03-57-00

My xbox was working perfectly fine up until an "UPDATE" now i keep getting unrecognised disc with status code 03-57-00

I paid full price for MW3, MW2 and fifa12 and they will not load

.......PLEASE dont send me to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2571959 solution 6 is a joke as its yours updates that screwed with my system

Sort this out Microsoft or you will lose many paying customers to Sony

If you have the game disc.  First try clearing the system cache, if this doesn't work...  Try to remove the hard drive and try to play.  If the game works reattach the drive and call support to have the drive replaced.

I think that the laser that reads the disk might be dirty or the disk drive might be faulty you might have to get it repaired but i would call xbox customer support so they can go through different steps to try and get this problem solved

You'll need to get your console repaired, you can do this one of two ways. You can visit http://myservice.xbox.com or contact phone support for your region. If your console is under warranty the repair is free of charge. If it's not it's a $99 repair fee. They give you a prepaid label, you find a box, ship it to them and within 7-14 days you'll have your XBOX 360 back.

However, I do want to point out that the cost of the out-of-warranty repair differs based on where you are located and how you choose to submit the repair. Read my chat log with Microsoft posted here: forums.xbox.com/.../935862.aspx. As you will see, not only does our conversation PROVE it is an update problem, Microsoft has a fix that they are trying to hold back from you. I think the update is necessary for anti piracy but it is creating serious problems with some machines. Obviously, Microsoft has decided they would rather let their fans pay for their piracy problem if that means they can avoid any further expense. Own up to the problem and offer the repair for free, Microsoft!!!
