So I'm having trouble with a product key...

Hey guys,

First of all, I want to apologise if this is the wrong board to be posting a question like this, but I honestly couldn't find and way to send an email to get some kind of  support or help.

So yeah, I downloaded Lost Planet 2 through Steam, and I start it up and all, looks good, and I get prompted to put in my product key. Sweet, I type it in everything is going great but then it turns around and says someone has already used the key and I have to buy another one.

Now I know that piracy, keygens and cracks are all out there, but I bought this game legit and I really want to play it. So I'm just wondering can anyone give me some help on how to go about talking to someone in regards to sorting out this issue?

The products keys should be listed on your steam account page for the title. If it has already been used then you'd need to contact Valve about the problem as they are the retailer in this case.

You could head over to the PC side of this forum forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx to see if someone else has a different opinion but I expect that they will say the same thing.
