Smartglass Game Clips

I've been using the Smartglass app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and have noticed over the past few weeks that in some cases game clips that I have recorded do not play. I initially select the clip and it begins to download (I see the blue spinning circle) but after that I just get a black screen. At the bottom I see the time slider is moving and in every case it is showing the correct duration for the clip in question I just get no audio or video.


Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of a solution?

I've tried turing the phone on and off, loggin in and out of smartglass but it just doesn't play some of the videos for some reason. I know they are there as when I log into the console I can access them but this happens for a variety of clips ranging from the general ones that the console records, the ones I tell it to record and to ones that I actually upload.

sorry, I correct myself it is ONLY the video that isn't working, the audio is still there
