All my devices are connected to the NVG510 gateway wirelessly.
I have confirmed IP addresses and subnets. Live account is the same in both devices, and I have tried connecting to the xbox 360 with Smartglass from several different devices: iPhone 4S (ios 7.0.4), Samsung Focus S (Windows 7.8), Android 4.1 and a Surface Device running windows 8.1. None of the devices connect to the console, and the error message is the same across all devices: "Can't find your console".
I have also confirmed that I am using the correct Smartglass for xbox app, i.e. the one for xbox 360.
Help is appreciated.
