Skyrim and Error E66

Have just purchased Skyrim this morning and when I went to play it the XBox decided to produce an E66 error.

All the other games I own work with no issues.

From what I can gather around the internet, the E66 error seems to either be linked to modded XBoxes or an issue with drive firmware not matching what is on the dashboard.

My XBox is unmodded but it has had an issue with RROD in the past and has had the drive replaced by Microsoft.

My question is simply, how do I get Skyrim to work?

According to the support site E66 means that your console needs to be repaired:

How long ago did Microsoft replace the drive?  Perhaps you are still eligible for a warranty repair.

It was repaired 4 days shy of 1 year ago, but to be honest I can't remember how long ago I bought the console. It is either just shy of three years or just over. I'm also not sure if another  warranty repair will run from when I bought it or when it was last repaired and for how long it would be valid.
