Shop help.

Hello, i have purchased the game "bioshock 2" from the online shop, this was around christmas time, i would have asked sooner but i couldn't remember that there was a forums. yes well, every time i play bioshock 2 i have an issue in online, it occasionally freezes. well i want to keep the game because i enjoy it and re downloading wont fix it. so i wanted to know if i could have a compensation or is there nothing to be done about it? thank you for your help

Sorry, xbox does not offer refunds.  Try clearing your cache and then redownloading the game to see if that helps.
