A friend of mine can not play shangri la. the game wont go past the loading phase. he has downloaded it and then redownloaded it 3 times after that to try and fix the problem. and it has not worked. can anyone help
contact activision support they can assist you. Just go to there site and submit a ticket

has he tried hitting his xbox with a hammer? That usually either fixes it or makes it worse, depending on how hard you decide to hit it.
He tried that and it didn't work.
Has he tried clearing his cache and redownloading it?
