SEASON PASS: RuPaul's Drag Race

I purchased season passes for the current seasons of "RuPaul's Drag Race" (Season 6) and "RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked!" (Season 5). Up to now, episodes for both shows typically appear by the following morning.  This past Monday's episode of Untucked appeared like clockwork Tuesday morning.  However, Monday's episode of Drag Race has not.  I have refreshed my history numerous times and still nothing. Is something missing?

On a lesser note, my season 2 of Untucked, that I purchased a season pass for, when it aired, has now disappeared. If I paid for it, why would I lose it? If it's gone indefinitely, did I basically shoot that money down the drain, since I can't see it anymore?

Season 6 - Episode 5 should be available later today.  We didn't get the files in on time from the content owner, so it didn't get published until this morning.  Apologies for the delay.

I'm able to see Seasons 2 - 5 of Untucked on the marketplace.  Could you see if you're able to play it when signed into the website?  http://video.xbox.com That way we can confirm that it is indeed in your purchase history.

Ok, I got the missing episode. Thanks much. As for Untucked, I misspoke. It was Season 3 I couldn't see.  As requested, I went over to video.xbox.com. I see all seasons just fine there and can even play from Season 3 there, but Season 3 still isn't in my library anymore on my XBox itself. It doesn't even show up as a purchase option even anymore.

Hmm...the content owner did tell us that we had to remove the content from the marketplace, but customers that purchased it should still have access to it (as seen on the website).  I'll dig into it see if I can find the issue.  Just to confirm, the issue is on an Xbox 360 and not an Xbox One, correct?

Hmm... Could you try a couple things?  Since we know it's isolated to your console we'll have you try a couple things.

Delete the Xbox Video app, and redownload it.  Did that fix it?

Try redownloading your profile to the console.  You won't lose anything by doing this.  Did that fix it?

Try clearing out the rights database, but make sure that you don't have any rentals currently active as doing this can cause you to lose rights to them.  If you don't have any active rentals, you'll be ok.  This is accomplished by the following steps: Go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > System Items > Rights Database > Delete.  This will cause your console to recheck your rights for all your content.  After that's complete go back to the Xbox Video app, go to My Videos > My TV episodes.  It will likely take a bit as the console is refreshing your purchase history.

Ok. I tried deleting the XBoxVideo app info & re-entered it afterward. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

I tried deleting my profile and redownloading it, before trying again. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

I tried deleting the rights database. - Untucked Season 3 did not show up.

As before, I'm still able to see & access it on XBoxVideo.com

I hadn't looked in awhile, but I also purchased the entirety of Season 1 of RuPaul's Drag Race (regular, not Untucked), once upon a time. I've come to find that I'm having the same issue with that season as with Season 3 of Untucked. I can see it on video.xbox.com, but not on my Xbox. What is going on?

Scratch that. I can see episode 9 on my Xbox, of RPDR Season 1, but none of the others, but I can view all episodes on the website.
