Season pass purchase for Young Justice Season 2 - Surface RT

Okay I purchased Season 2 of Young Justice.  On my Xbox360 I can see all 14 episodes just fine and can stream them to watch.

On my Surface RT I can see episodes 1-14, EXCEPT for episode 10 Before the Dawn and episode 12 True Colors.  All shows listed are in bold on Surface RT except for those two as well.

I click on the Buy season pass to see if it will add them and it grays out and tells me I already own the season so not able to continue .  If I click on the "missing two shows" it wants me to purchase those episodes individually while warning me that I've already purchased the TV season offer that includes this episode.

I can stream the remaining episodes just fine except for those two.  I can watch other movies or TV shows fine except for these two episodes

Hey Jetfire,

When you choose to purchase those specific episodes, does it let you download them again, or does it show you a price that you will be charged?

If it wants to charge you, I would like you to try and uninstall the app, as well as signing out, then back in.

Note: When you go to uninstall the app, follow the steps I have listed below, as there is a cached file you need to manually delete, or else the re-install wont work properly.

Here are the steps to delete the cached file.

  1. Right click on the app's tile.
  2. Select "Uninstall" and confirm.
  3. From the Metro UI, type "WSReset.exe" and press enter
  4. After you see a confirmation the store cache has been reset, re-install the app

Hope that works for you, and keep me updated!
