Screamride Level Problems

Case ID in case a tech is here [Mod Removed].

This is about Screamride not showing any results in the LEVEL CENTER no matter what criteria I use. Last time I played it was about a year ago until this problem arose , so I waited hoping they would fix it.

There has been no posts as far as I know since Frontiers response to the issue on 12-8. Notice it says "They are aware of this issue. Their technical support team are the best people to ask about an ETA for a fix."

So if they were aware of the issue why is the same thing happening 10 months later ?

I have chatted with three techs. 

One that apparently cant read because she kept asking questions like "Do you own this game" "What platform is it on" etc even AFTER I already stated that. She claimed the messages she was receiving was corrupted etc.

The second tech had no clue what he was doing because he wanted me to format my Xbox ONE hard drive and reinstall everything from scratch. I told him that you dont reinstall an operating system just because one program doesnt work and he STILL argued with me that "I dont know if it will work unless I try" which of course doesnt hurt him in any way because HE doesnt have to go thru the days of downloading to reinstall my Xbox games.

Now the third one was very nice and knowledgeable. He had me delete my local save games, as well as my 360 games cache, as well as due a reset so it would keep all my games. He also had me try the game with a different gamertag, still had the same issue. As well as try starting the game offline which of course didnt work at all. He was very nice and thorough and to my knowledge has tried everything to get the issue solved. I also deleted and re-installed the game. If I forgot a step that he tried then that of course is my fault, sorry if I do. Of course in his case he was supposed to email me and he never did. To me MS tech is worthless any time I involve them in my software issues. Just to get Windows 10 was a nightmare after 8 tries last year.

The problem (In case I lost you :) ) is that when starting Screamride all is fine. But when going into LEVEL CENTER, just like that first link, I search for any levels or blueprints I get the same Error message 'No levels were found that match the current filter.'


Anyone out there have any solutions or solved the problem ? Serious answers please and PLEASE read everything before responding . Thanks in advance for trying.

They solved the problem on their end after a few days.

Now about 2 months later its back to the same issue and they are saying its the DEVS fault and that they cant fix it. After they already fixed it once.

There goes level one tech support, cant even read a case number or all the details.

Contacted Frontier and a nice guy named Dave Walsh responded and he said he will get in touch with Microsoft. Heres Hoping.

And 7 months later I get the same argument with your level 1 support personell even AFTER showing them this page. You people need to start giving your tech support a little training on how to read.

And teach them how to hold a one on one response without a 20 minute response rate.

Again. Contacted Microsoft Tech Support they apologized. It was fine for 24 hours, now its not working AGAIN . Three days later its back to being down again. Lets hope them offering it for free will wake someone up.

Checked out threads here and on this link, looks like I missed the servers by a day or two. Guess it is back to trying every day until it connects. Thanks for keeping this thread going, MS really needs to fix this, especially since the 360 version is BC now.
