Says already redeemed code

i bought dance central two a while ago (brand new) and now i wanted to type in the free 240 msp but it says already redeemed code

The first step I would recommend is logging on to https://billing.microsoft.com and seeing whether the points were successfully added or not. You may also want to double check with the retailer to make sure the code was successfully activated. Feel free to PM me the code and I can also check into it as well. :)
