Same issue here

I have Dish and I am having the same problem.  The first time I loaded it up, it was perfect... worked like a charm.  After that point it was a black screen, or once I reset the settings and did it again it had the stutter issue.  Now it just waffles back and forth, so I disconnected the TV for now.  I'm sure this will be something that they can fix with a software patch or update, so no worries.  But it really would be nice to have this working, especially after having already tried it once and saw how nice it really is.
