Yeah so I'm having the same problem as quite a few other people. Try to buy points/games and I get "Can't Authorize selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one"
There's money in the account, there's no problem with the card details (I've checked 10 times) and the bank says everything is good on their end.... I've also tried removing and re-adding the card multiple times on both the Xbox itself and the website. Have tried the purchases on both too...
So any ideas? One thing I wasn't sure about was I had to change the hotmail account associated with my gamertag because someone was hassling me... would this affect this at all?
