Same issue as many others (Can't Authorize Selected Payment Option)

Yeah so I'm having the same problem as quite a few other people. Try to buy points/games and I get "Can't Authorize selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one"

There's money in the account, there's no problem with the card details (I've checked 10 times) and the bank says everything is good on their end.... I've also tried removing and re-adding the card multiple times on both the Xbox itself and the website. Have tried the purchases on both too...

So any ideas? One thing I wasn't sure about was I had to change the hotmail account associated with my gamertag because someone was hassling me... would this affect this at all?

ok since there is a new thing

does the region of your account match the region of your card

did you recently use the region migration tool

if so on the tool you need to have a valid payment method for your new region

also have you called support and talked to billing

Yeah everything matches and no I didn't use the tool recently...

Everything is fine on my end. Seriously MS, don't you want my money????

Can I get some help please, I'm not the only one having this issue. And please, please don't just refer me to the troubleshooting guide... I (and everyone else from the look of it) have tried it all and it does not work.
