Rogers Anyplace TV Password Sign in won't save

I own two  XBOX ONES yet both won't save my sign in information even tho the box is checked to automatically sign me in, I have to sign in every time I use the app and this is really annoying.   Please fix the issue, if this is a Rogers Cables issue then Microsoft should contact Rogers to get the app fixed.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues.  You are correct though.  The issue is with the App itself and as Rogers is the company that developed the App it is them who will have to repair it.

I would recommend contacting Rogers themselves and see if they can walk you through some trouble-shooting steps.  At the very least that will make this issue known.
