I purchased a song off of the RockBand Music Store app and when I purchased the song the download began and then an error message popped up and said that the dlc could not be downloaded. I bought this dlc about a week or two ago and I tried using xbox support chat and they were unable to resolve my issue. I was hoping I could get some help on here or at least get my 80 Microsoft Points back although I am pretty sure that won't happen. I have been through numerous steps to get this issue resolved such as clearing my cache and deleting incomplete downloads as well as deleting and recovering my account. Any help would be appreciated!
