Rock Band Nation Problem

Is there anyway I can get in contact with a smart custom support rep, I'm having a problem with Rock Band Network (RBN) and I have contacted Harmonix, who have told me that the DLC part is handled by Microsoft. Then I go and email them and I get a generalized email with all non-specific answers. Is there anyway I can talk with someone that is not going to do that?
