Robbed?!?

Just purchased a game on marketplace the payment went through got sent the purchased email notification and the download glitch error messaged and didn't download because of that it's not in my history or anything and keeps asking me to re-purchase the item which is ridiculous tbh and it's wasn't a 69 p game it was not just oh well money cos it's the weekend the support line is done not happy one bit! Need help asap all support to try and get the issue resolved was useless

Was it diablo 3? I think it recently went "on demand", this happened to me and at least one other poster.

It seems like it may be a thing.

Actually it was Ac brotherhood xD what can I say lool but I heard about D3 and am wondering is there some sort of problem on demand Ngl Xbox is usually stable but this is poor by any standards fingers crossed on a resolution soon

Well quite clearly We are moving into the bugged on demand category which is disturbing tbh if this continues I would say hold your horses with the purchasing till it's resolved it you will be here with us confused and money out at this point but if anyone us experiencing similar problems please post up this will help it get resolved/Noticed quicker

Don't know about you but I have spoken to 3 support people since yesterday, everyone of them absolutely useless, they all hit you with fake *** sympathy which I could care less about, all I want is my game or my money back asap as 49.99 is quite a bit to pay for nothing in return.

Yeah sympathy really isn't good enough when you pay for something and get nothing just how I see it but my advice is keep all purchase emails cos you can use that to get your case across I mean this a joke tho mine costs less but still money that I could use elsewhere keep the posts coming

I also have the same problem. I tried to download a DLC for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. It said error so i tried again and got the same message, I've been billed twice but the DLC is not in my history or even registered that I've bought the item :(.

Hopefully we will get this sorted soon, if not I will be requesting a refund through paypal on Tuesday as I can see ms taking forever to refund my money if I do it through them.
