Rise of Nightmares

Any info on this game? Will it be mostly fighting, or do you think it will have alot of puzzles like the first Res. Evil.

I am guessing that it will be something like Saw the videogame, which was fun.

If this wasnt Kinect only I would love to play it!

I currently don't own Kinect, but I'm slowing building the desire for one.  This game might seal the deal, or get it very close.

Anyway, here's a link with some gameplay footage.

Also, this video shows the person playing the game in action.  As one of the comments says, "...looks very unresponsive."  Maybe there's an explanation for it?  To you Kinect owners, is that pretty normal, or very extreme?  Is there a slight delay I should expect?  Looks pretty fun, but that much delay is a deal breaker for me .  [view:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKavuUBS-kk&feature=player_detailpage]

looks ok...but still not convinced me..

Thats a little too extreme of a delay for me... My kinect doesnt even get close to that big of a delay on my Elite. Only a 0.2 sec delay upon loading and rendering for the first couple 4 sec but thats it and it isnt all the time... It might depend on the person being too close, it still being a demo or the calibration set-up they had... Im not quite sure but hell, this a step up from all the kiddy crap they have been coming up with...

i was really looking forward to this game but that delay is far too much.ive played really bad kinect games (kinect game party in motion) with a hell of a lot less delay than that.for the time that ROK has been in development you would think that sega would know that even a slight amount of delay in a game would put people off buying it.or are they hoping that the horror factor would sell the game.i think im going to wait to see if the delay gets greatly reduced.
Good to know that's not normal.  Another non-kiddy game I'm interested in is the sword and shield gameplay game.  Roman soldiers?  For the life of me I can't remember the name of it.  Can someone help me out?  But yeah, if they keep making games geared more towards adults, I will probably get one.

It will be a rental for me, hopefully it will be good. I like the fact that it is not an on-rail game.
Thank you.  Sorry OP for changing the subject.

Rise of Nightmares will have over 40 weapons, for those who don't know.
