Returning refunds

ok first off Xbox live *** up bad yesterday and when I did a hard reboot it didn't work I decided to uninstall and reinstall destiny and halo halo worked but digital version of destiny wouldn't so I did another hard reboot still didn't said bundle only I called Microsoft to report issue and he couldn't find it on my purchase history so he gave me a refund I had issues getting it to buy destiny but it still said bundle only so one more hard reboot I finally was able to get destiny thinking it took the money well afterwards I looked and the money is still there feel bad wanna return it if possible cuz I feel like I could make the guy lose job I don't want that
