Get as many shots in on the glowing orange lump under the crawling uroboros worms, then as Chris and Sheva escape in the chopper, pull left and right triggers at the screen promt. Just a note; Wesker is immortal,

As I remember. First fight just run away, eventually he gets bored and then it is just Jill to deal with.

Second fight make sure to turn off the lights and fire rockets at him when he speaks. He'll catch the rocket, shoot it and run up to inject him.

Third fight just avoid him until he exposes the orange glow and open fire on it with everything you've got.

In the Lost in Nightmares DLC, just avoid him until there is a little cut-scene, then do the little quick time event to hit him.
